The Backefix silicone bread baking pan is extremely robust and durable.
The big advantage is that the silicone bread pan consists of a single component, namely only silicone.
With the silicone bread pan you work very efficiently.
First of all, you no longer need disposable molds and baking paper, and on the other hand, you save yourself the usual greasing.
Plus, you’ll have a very light sink.
Since nothing sticks and you don’t have to grease extra, a short rinse with a little washing-up liquid is often enough.
Of course, the silicone bread baking pan is also dishwasher safe.
The silicone bread pan is food-safe and free of BPA (bisphenol A) and PFAS. The loaf pan is highly heat-resistant from -45°C to 230°C and is thermally conductive.

With the Backefix silicone muffin tin , you save yourself conventional paper muffin tins and thus not only protect our environment, but also make baking easier.
The dough can be easily portioned through the prefabricated hollows of the sturdy muffin tin and easily poured in.
You don’t even have to grease the hollows, because due to their mirror-smooth, non-stick inner surface, the finished muffins almost come off by themselves after cooling.
Due to the side handles, the stability and the non-slip, pearl-like outer structure of the silicone sheet, you can also easily and safely transport the filled mold to and from the oven.
Due to their flexibility , you can then easily stack our muffin trays inside each other and store them.
And if you take a longer baking break, the tray will stay dust-free even longer due to the pearl-like outer structure!
Like all our products, the muffin tin is made exclusively of platinum silicone, has no coating, is food-safe and free of BPA (bisphenol A) and PFAS.

We recommend lukewarm water with a little washing-up liquid for cleaning or alternatively simply let it dry in the dishwasher and in the air.
Due to the well-thought-out design of the dough scraper and the pastry brush , you can get into any glass and bowl with the silicone dough scraper through the rounded corners.
This way, nothing is left over from your cream, paste or dough, you will literally take everything with you.

You are probably asking yourself now – what is so special about a full jacket?
Compared to conventional silicone dough scrapers, no water can get into the baking utensils with the Backefix dough scraper or the pastry brush.
