You can easily clean your baking pan with a little water and washing-up liquid or alternatively in the dishwasher.
The baking pan has a capacity of 2.3 litres, an inner diameter of 24 cm and an outer diameter of 28 cm and is 10.5 cm high.
All Backefix baking pans are temperature-resistant from -40 to 230 °C.
Due to the mirror-smooth inside of the bundt pan, you don’t need to grease the cake pan.
Let the cake cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes and then simply remove it.
