This is exactly what our wicker fermentation basket is suitable for. The oval fermentation basket supports the optimal fermentation process. There is also a cotton cover for the oval fermentation basket. What to cover the oval fermentation basket with, alternatively you can also use a towel. The oval proofing basket also protects the bread dough from drying out and provides stability. Tips for using the oval fermentation basket

The oval fermentation basket should be cleaned well before each use. After the loaf of bread has been prepared. Do you have to dust the fermentation basket with flour or cornstarch. You definitely shouldn’t skimp on flour here – as the flour prevents it from sticking. Depending on your mood, you can sprinkle some seeds (e.g. sunflower seeds) onto the proofing basket with the bread recipe. This gives the bread a special aroma. Each bread recipe has a different fermentation time, we recommend 1 – 2 hours in a warm place. Of course you should use the coating, alternatively you can moisten it for a softer bread.
