The weak point of conventional bread molds is that they consist of several components and a chemical non-stick coating is applied here.
Such a coating becomes brittle over time, peels off and then ends up in your bread or cake.
In the case of our silicone loaf moulds, the non-stick property comes from the special production process that creates a mirror-smooth and non-stick surface.
