1. Shipping Policy
Delivery is made throughout Europe by DHL GoGreen for standard and large shipments.
For small shipments, we ship by Deutsche Post.

Terms of delivery
Run time
We pack and ship your order after order confirmation, usually Monday to Friday within 24 hours.
Delivery period
Within Germany, the delivery time is 1 – 3 days via DHL GoGreen or Deutsche Post.
* Delivery times vary depending on the country, please check DHL directly here for the respective country. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
2. Terms of payment
You have the following payment options:

- Pay with either PayPal or credit card.
All credit card payments will then be processed via PayPal.
(We do not store any PayPal or credit data temporarily) - Pay with your credit card via Stripe.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract. - Pay with instant bank transfer.
You will be redirected to SOFORT Überweisung after signing the contract. - Giropay Pay with Giropay.
You will be redirected to Giropay after the contract has been concluded.
- Pay with either PayPal or credit card.

- Direct bank transfer After signing the contract, simply pay by bank transfer directly to our bank account.
